He sleeps in the sink sometimes

/Can you post the most precious photo of your cat?
A very precious moment for us staff members.
The calico is Mistress Phoenix Grace of the Ford, who we adopted in January at age 3 years 5 months of age. She is all of 7 fluffy pounds. Chronic illness in her previous human Momma was the reason she needed a new home. She had not lived with other cats since she was adopted at 3 months of age.
The blue is Sir Thomas Cooper of Manada who we adopted at 4 1/2 months old in October 2014. He is a prosperous 18 1/4 pounds. The ginger is his 1st cousin Lord Buffingham Tyger of Manada, 2 weeks younger. He carries his 15 pounds well as he is taller at the shoulder than Cooper.
Phoenix has been very shy about letting the boys into her life. This scene was a few days ago. The 1st visit (all have been chaperoned) where she did not hide, and in fact let the boys get closer than ever. At one point, she moved a little closer to Cooper and Buff tried to sneak a social sniff. She turned and bopped him with claws sheathed.
Pi sleeping.
Shuri is asleep on my aunt's feets. Both of them have this thing for bedroom slippers.
Oz loves to do this: purr and knead and nuzzle while holding a tiny corner of the blanket in his mouth. He's such a sweetie!!
My most precious photo of Molly is this one because it’s the last one I had of her before she passed a minute or so later. The second photo is after she passed and I was getting her ready to go with the vet to be cremated.
My goofball Turbo. His favorite spot when I'm in the bathroom. He hops up onto the sink and then up on top of the medicine cabinet. Convenient for him to stare down at me while I'm in there. I used to have my spare bottles of shampoo up there until one morning I got clocked on my head by one - the day he discovered he could jump up there.
And MooKat in her favorite perch, on top of the headboard. She manages to balance up there somehow, even though it is 3″ wide at most, and curved.
That’s tough, because there have been many cats over the years and I love to photograph them. Here are a few:
This is just one of many pics I’ve taken of Pandora (or as we usually call her, Dora). This one I took just after I arrived home from hospital. She was worried about me, and had just climbed onto the back of the couch so she could pat me on the head with a tentative paw. Well, she knew that gentle head pats from her mama and papa made her feel better, so she wanted to make me feel better.
My beautiful cat
This is my Katla Vocanella. I got her two years ago in Quebec shortly after moving to Drummondville. I made the mistake of mentioning to the church group I was there to help for a while, that I would like to get a kitten or two at some point.
There was a member who had a pregnant cat and another member sponsored the funds for me to take care of them, because I wasn't settled and in a position to afford a pet.
Katla and her sister Klakki are lucky. They are the only two unique ones out of their litter, one with long hair and the other with siamese colouring. The others were short hair, grey and white like their mother. Their father was orange and white.
They are lucky because the other three siblings and their mum went to the SPCA and who knows what happened, probably put down, especially the mother. Their owner was forced by her landlord to cut down to only one cat. I took her and the cats to the SPCA because she didn't drive. It really gutted the poor dear to have to give them up. She already had a tough life. Such a sweet lady. Later in the summer she committed suicide. I was going through my own health/mental health crisis and didn't know it at the time, but I still feel sad I didn't support her and answer her calls as much as I should have. I still think of her, the dear woman. She was trying so hard in life and it just kept beating her down.
The father cat went to her neighbour who promised to take good care of him. He was gorgeous.
Here is my favourite kitten pic of Katla and one of her now, all grown up, two years later. She's the most gentle and cuddly of the two, a real delicate princess. Plus a bonus of her sister, Klakki who hates to be held.
Here is Lily not letting me change the channel!
What I love most about my cats is their total devotion to each other while maintaining very different ‘purrsonalities’. If only people could always be this generous.
I just added a much-treasured photo of Sky comforting my husband. Just look at the empathy in his eyes! Cats DO feel our emotions, they just have no words!
Shadow and my doggo Tank, who is still with us but showing his age…
The last photo I ever took of Shadow, my good ol’ boy
Q - can you post the most precious photo of your cat.
This beautiful boy was called Prince King.
He was a severely traumatised adult stray whose path crossed mine. I was walking up the path to go into the hose when I saw this terrified cat with his tail down and running in terror.
It was love at first sight for me. It took 6 months of leaving food out 2x a day for him to realise that he was being fed. In gratitude he would leave headless rats not he drive way. We were never sure whether the heads were the delicacy or he was preparing them for us to eat. Whatever, he was showing how much he appreciated regular food.
Our vet, a cat specialist identified him as being a Somali cat aka long haired Abyssinian likely bred by an unlicensed breeder. As you can see from the photo he is missing some of his front toes. He had 5x toes across his 2x front paws. So we think that he was desexed and given away or released to survive if he could.
It took 7x years before he felt safe enough for me to pick him up.
Sadly, he had feline aids (FIV). With the assistance of a gifted cat specialist and an animal naturopath he managed to live until he was approx 15 years.
Prince King of PK or Prince sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in May 2018.
RIP precious boy.
The last photo taken of Prince. April 2018
This is right after we got Lilly. They all were snuggled up after we left them alone for the first time. These three are going to be together for a long, long time, so it's a good thing they get along.
I’m sorry the picture is a little blurry. Linus was a real character.
These are of my kitten Countess. She actually isn’t a kitten anymore, because she is over a year old, but she’s one of the youngest. The first one is when she was around 8 months, trying to drink my sweet tea. The second one is of her sleeping on me when she was around 5 months
i’m sure i have some precious pictures of one of my cats somewhere
ah yes here is one she decided she wanted to attack my foot
and here is where she was being a fancy cat
she just loves the heater
when i first got her a leash ^^ (i had to hold the camera upside down to get this one)
i hope you enjoyed these pictures!
have a great day!
This is Felix dressed for Christmas. He was a Very Dignified Cat, and only tolerated this kind of humiliation because he loved me.
Right now, that would be this one. There’s a story behind this photo.
This is my cat a couple of hours ago, curled up on my chest. She’s wearing a (rather cunning, I think) torn-up blue T-shirt because she is recovering from surgery and the T-shirt keeps her from fussing with her stitches. (She had a cone, but hated it, so I made her an outfit to wear.)
A couple weeks ago, she started losing weight rapidly for no reason, even though she was eating and drinking. In just a few days, she became so gaunt you could see every rib. I took her to the vet, where I learned she was severely dehydrated and her white blood cell count was through the roof.
She had a serious abdominal bacterial infection and an abscess. The vet put her on IV fluids and antibiotics, gave me large-dose oral antibiotics to give her twice a day, and scheduled her for surgery last week.
Yesterday I took her in for her one-week post surgery checkup. She’s healing well and eating like crazy—shes put on almost all the weight she lost.
She was really sick. It happened fast—had I delayed getting her to the vet she might not have lived. So I’m profoundly grateful, and I’ve been spending tons of time cuddling with her.
It matters not how weird the troll,
How charged with stalkers are my feed,
I am finding it quite droll:
I know my stalker can’t mislead.
This is Nova snuggling with our bottle fed Sushi who is a foster kitten.
This is Sushi our bright eyed little bottle fed foster. Hes almost 4 wks
This is one of my favorites — Frank looking pensive.
This picture is priceless. Up till this moment, this was Maui’s (the white ragdoll male) perch (cat throne). He was our original kitten and we got Jazz (calico straight eared Scottish fold female) 2 months later. Jazz had never been up there yet so this is the first time Jazz invaded Maui’s throne room. She is totally oblivious!!! She’s like wow, this is great up here, oh look a butterfly!

Hey cutie, you wanna come stretch out with me?
This is my 4 months young boy Patik
When he is with the toys

while planning to seek new lady cats.
When he is with his cousin
when he is hungry (most importantly)
While sleeping.
It’s not the most precious but this is my favorite picture of my babies. Little (the dog that’s being squished by the kitten) always demands that I cuddle her. She really demanded that I cuddled her this day because it’s when I broke the hell down after my ex-fiancée and his dad wiped out the apartment we once shared. Anyway. Little demanded love. I was crying and munchie decided to come up and lay on me and little. They fight like cats and dogs but when it came to making me feel better… they got along and to me that’s more precious than a pretty photo of my babies.
This is my handsome Ninja (a rescue)! He is about to be one year old on June the 2nd. The sweetest cat/kitten Ive ever had. We naturally gravitated towards each other. It was between him and his sister Panther, and Ninja chose me lol. He made it very clear he was leaving with us when we arrived. Since the very first day, this is how hes been with me and ONLY me. He is not like this with my significant other , let alone anyone else. I have about a million of these types of pictures! He is such a snuggler and follows me everywhere. At night, he looks for me to sleep with even though he has his own room lol. This is my baby, my sweetest love!
Tequila claiming the new couch in hubby’s office as his. RIP my sweet boy. It’s been 18 months but we still miss you!
Squeeky never sleeps in a normal position.
Did I just hear the can opener?
This is my peaceful place!
I’m ignoring you right now. Don’t bother trying.
Ummmmm……. My bowl is empty
mooooooooom! There’s a spider on the floor!
Here's my Petey. He came to be my boy in the summer of 2016. The plan was for him to join my family of barn cats but he had other ideas. He does like exploring outside but also loves to cuddle on my lap and watch tv. I think he likes being with me. His birthday is coming up on July 1, he'll be 6 years old. Hard to believe, and he's sure he's still an adorable kitten. I love this crazy kitteh.
Just Petra being Petra.
My favourite photo of Jayda. Can you tell she loves her mom?
Qi doing a faceplant sleep. She likes to help me sew.
The late Gatsby (RIP). He was asking very nicely if he might sit on Daddy's lap.
Every picture of our babies is precious to every cat owner. Their personalities rarely shine through a photo, but our memories of those moments make every shot perfectly precious.
Sammy: using her humans as a bed since 2018.
This is Phoenix, our dear rescue, about 3 years ago at age 7. Unfortunately, he passed late last year, and we have not been the same since.
My sweet boy Augustus (Gus) when he was a kitten (he’s now 7 years old and 21 lbs). ❤️
The first thing I see when I wake up, those green eyes and lengthy whiskers, makes my day! Especially when I get this look rather than the alarm going off glare!!
Bellatrix….
A little minx.
